RETURN POLICY

At Ganime.nz, we take great care in ensuring all products are securely packaged and accurately fulfilled. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

​

We only accept returns in the following cases:

​

  • The item arrived damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault.

  • The wrong item was sent.

 

To process a return, you must provide:

​

  1. An unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened for the first time, including the damaged or incorrect item.

  2. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation, receipt, or invoice.

 

If the product is no longer in stock, a refund may be provided.

 

Exclusions

  • Blind bags, blind boxes, and other randomly packed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Apparel, bags, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing issues. Please refer to the size charts provided on the product page and measure accordingly before placing an order.

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling will not be eligible for return.

  • Products must be in unused condition with all original packaging intact.
